My Therapy Practice

I specialize in working with children and adolescents as they navigate academic pressures, emotional challenges, behavioral struggles, and the complexities of growing up. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance rooted in Positive Parenting principles to strengthen connection and foster lasting change at home.

In addition to my work with youth and families, I support adults in their 20s through 60s who are facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach will be tailored to your unique needs & I’m here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness/Nervous system regulation techniques—tailoring each session to your specific needs. I have a deep connection to Internal Family Systems (IFS), as it offers a powerful way to explore and care for the different parts of ourselves that hold our emotions, beliefs, and past experiences. This is often paired with cognitive strategies to challenge and reshape unhelpful thought patterns.

My approach is client centered, active and practical, offering tools that help you feel more grounded, in control, and empowered in your daily life. Your growth and goals are always at the center of our work. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and develop clear strategies to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
